Roger Fraser

Director

Roger has worked as a pharmacist for the past 36 years. Together with his wife of 40 years, Ros, he ran Killarney Pharmacy until it was sold early in 2004. They have been committed to the town where they raised three beautiful children. Roger and Ros continue to live in Killarney and Roger now works as a locum pharmacist in Southern Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

Since moving to Killarney in 1975 Roger has been greatly interested in the welfare of young people and the community. He was a member of the Warwick and District National Fitness Area Committee for four years and helped manage and conduct a National Fitness Club in Killarney during the same period. He is a charter member of the Lions Club of Killarney; assistant scout master for a brief period; helped conduct another youth club for another four years; tutor at Warwick TAFE in Adult Literacy & Numeracy programme; an inaugural member of the Killarney & District Historical Society and a contributor to Memories of Killarney and District. Roger, in order to gain an insight into the workings of our education system, gained a Graduate Diploma in Education (Infants/ Primary) in 1991 and worked locally as a relief teacher. Since 2002 Roger has been an associate pastor with Restoration & Revival Ministries in Killarney. In 2006 and 2007 Roger & Ros have ministered in Myanmar (Burma) and Roger is currently completing a Diploma in TESOL with a view to helping in the training of orphans there.
